Tania Gough

Overview

Tania’s areas of expertise include individual skills coaching, team development and group facilitation, leadership development, workplace problem solving, strategic HR consultancy, design and development of HR frameworks. Tania has held a range of human resource management and consultancy roles in the New Zealand public and private sectors in the last twenty five years.

Tania has extensive experience working with organisational teams facilitating goal setting, problem solving and team building. For the past 20 years Tania has been a facilitator for the Leadership Development Programme at Outward Bound in Anakiwa. Tania has extensive experience working with people leaders in organizations to help them to more effective in leading and managing their teams. Tania is accredited in a range of tools and frameworks including TetraMap, 360-degree feedback tools and the Emotional Culture Deck.

Tania is passionate about helping the different generations in the workplace value each other and work effectively together for more productive outcomes. Tania’s learnings and experiences have inspired her to develop a programme to help build meaningful, performance-driven work skills for young professionals across a multi-generational workforce and she is a Director of Savvy Up Limited.
