TetraMap Digital Products

Thank you for your interest in TetraMap’s digital products. Here’s a very brief overview of the digital products. The best way to find out more is to experience using the products, so you will be given some complimentary digital tokens (for Webinar and Team) to use as part of your learning experience.

 

Step 1.  Overview

 Read this page and watch the video on the page. You’ll see how easy it can be! 

 Step 2 –  System

Set up your TetraPanel – TetraPanel is the “brain” behind digital products.  Create/register your login and check out tutorials (bottom left of the dashboard)

TetraPanel is basically where you:

• Redeem you tokens (from the order number)
• Create groups
• View graphs
• Personalise mailings (Team version)
• Modify groups i.e. add or “delete” group members
• Resend results and more…..

Step 3 –  Products – understand the differences between and decide which product.

There are 3 products in the digital suite. For detailed information on each product, check out the digital suite page. Click on each of the product links for more information on each product.

Briefly, below is the user experience and what will be available in the TetraPanel (for more information about each product, see the end of this document).

Tetrahedron and stickers
There isn’t a digital version of stickers but we do have a 3D video of a tetrahedron that can be used as part of the training.

Step 4 – Practice

Redeem your complimentary tokens and practise setting up groups. Prepare for your digital facilitation.  Please contact info@tetramap.com if you don’t receive your complimentary digital tokens. Don’t forget this page with some tips on how to deliver the digital product.

Features

• Online Instrument
• Requires email validation, the user must provide an email address.
• Elements Results Score Live on Screen and emailed to the user.
• Allows for follow up emails if opted in
• Know who has completed.
• Preference Team graph (Facilitator view only.)

1. Elements Results Score Live on Screen and emailed to the user.
2. Automatic receipt of results and “Why are you like that” workbook.

Benefits – Facilitator

1. The facilitator can view the user’s Elements Results and also see the team graph
2. Lead Generator
3. Opportunity to “add” and “delete” group members as they change.
4. The facilitator can show team graphs to group participants
5. Facilitators can compare “Mary and Jane” as group views. individual results for the participant against the group average.

 Conference

 Features

• Designed for simple experiences with large groups. ie A keynote.
• The facilitator will have a URL that they can send or display to their users (no registration or lead generated)
• Will get people talking and using the TetraMap language on the same page.
• Very quick, individual results on-screen only in real-time.
• The facilitator gets a summary report (but no participant details)
• Individual user information not provided.
• No ongoing contact with users.
