This is a learning experience and exploration into the nature of leadership. Take this ready to go content and activities into your own workshops and participant groups. You’ll consider experiences, insights, connections and capabilities across the four perspectives of the TetraMap of Leadership. Each perspective is given its own learning module with steps for facilitators to follow, timings to guide your workshop plan and additional resources for you to access.

Who is this learning journey for?

 Certified TetraMap Facilitators who have a Firm, Clear, Calm and Bright understanding of the TetraMap of Behaviour. You may be working in leadership development already or looking to step into this area. Or you may simply be interested in developing the shape of your own leadership. This is a natural extension for participants who have experienced Why Are You Like That?  and want to learn more.  

What will I gain?

The certification will enable you to:

• Integrate TetraMap into leadership development and self development programmes
• Extend your capabilities and deepen your understanding to effectively and elegantly facilitate TetraMap in leadership contexts
• Strengthen your relationships and connections with others and the wider world and help others to do the same
• Apply TetraMap as a life-long leadership learning and development tool

How will the TetraMap of Leadership help my participants?

Your participants and clients will realise many learning outcomes from experiencing the TetraMap of Leadership. Here are some key ones:

• Recognise when and how to exercise leadership in daily activities regardless or role or title.
• Recognise their TetraMap Elemental preferences in leadership contexts. 
• Look through the eyes of nature to apply its principles of, diversity, inter-dependence and synergy to leadership.
• Better engage with others through embracing diverse perspectives and creating inter-dependence when exercising leadership
• Demonstrate the capability and confidence to flex across the four TetraMap of Leadership perspectives of: Courage, Wisdom, Compassion and Inspiration.  

Programme Outline

We have designed this course to allow you to get a sense of the content and to have your own experience of the programme before facilitating it for others.

The June 2025 programme will bring a global group of people together in an online webinar format. Led by Louise Duncan and Emma Mauger, the programme includes four 2.5 hour workshops run over two weeks, allowing space for activities to be completed between workshop session.

What are the learning resources?

Once you have completed the journey, you will be able to access these resources through tetramap.com

• A leader guide with supportive PowerPoint for you as facilitator
• Access to four activity packs, filled with additional learning content for you to share with your groups or integrate into your own learning
• The TetraMap of Leadership resource bundle for your participants which will include a WAYLT workbook / instrument, a Connect the Dots Learning Journal for your participants to record their own journey, a Tetrahedron and Stickers.
