Overview

I am a Training & Development Specialist and work for Home Retail Group.

TetraMap Facilitation

TetraMap profiling tool uses the four Elements of nature (Earth, Air, Water and Fire) to identify and describe different people’s working and communication styles and their motivators.

The main message is that behaviour is observed and that this behaviour can be changed; it is not about putting people into a box, giving them a label or a series of meaningless letters. The beauty of TetraMap is that it is not about personality type or traits – it is focused around behaviours.

I’m really excited about being a facilitator of TetraMap and look forward to helping other teams grow, communicate better and ultimately perform better.
