I am a sales trainer for BskyB. With an almost equal Earth and Fire preference, I see a goal and have ideas of how to get there. Firm and direct, blunt and efficient, but creative and imaginative too.

TetraMap Facilitation

I have previously looked at Herrmann and Belbin profiling, and other than remembering what I am, found it difficult to talk to others about them. I have found TetraMap so much easier to facilitate as people relate to it with ease.
