 Overview

I had the pleasure to be certified with my team in Poland by Anne Clews from the UK in 2008. TetraMap is my best ROI in investment in training and development know-how in all my training and consulting career that started in 1997.

Apart of influence on my own development in Certification in Poland, UK and Master Facilitation programme in 2024 I had a pleasure to deliver big projejcts with use of TetraMap for Deutsche Bank (Arcadia Consulting project), Pekao S.A. Bank , Microsoft partner network, PKO BP, Citibank, BPH Bank, Renault Poland that helped this companies in sales, service, collaboration and leadership development.

TetraMap works perfectly well as a dynamic and interactive framework in big groups like 150 and small sessions for family family-owned company to help reduce conflict and build better relationships between two key members, including a successful founder and her great son, so different in his dominant elements. I assume a total of 2550 employees participated in TatraMap workshops in Poland in Polish with my role in that. 

TetraMap best supports my mission to influence the workplace in companies that are open to diversity, mutual trust, a good working culture, and are faster in adapting to constant change. I love the TetraMap company culture created by Yoshimi and Bret, and I feel a part of that being so far from New Zealand. 

I am now testing the implementation of AI virtual assistants for board members and management that will help them better understand their teams and help in making better decisions.
