Amy Edmondson, Novartis Professor of Leadership and Management at Harvard Business School is our latest guest on the podcast. In her early career she worked alongside her hero (and ours) Buckminster Fuller as ‘Chief Engineeer’. What an amazing connection.

Charming and gracious, Amy is a research professor who is ‘In Her Element’ when teaching a group of students, and asking them deep questions to help them make sense and meaning of the topic at hand.

Amy is the author of: The Fearless Organization: Creating Psychological Safety in the Workplace for Learning, Innovation, and Growth, which is currently taking the business world by storm. It is a brilliant read.
