Today’s organisations have a wonderful opportunity – with five generations that represent so many diverse perspectives, the potential for creativity is huge!

At our September regional events we’re giving a warm welcome to longstanding community member, speaker, author, coach and leadership consultant Olive Strachan MBE. Olive will share her research on how to lead, empower and engage the five generations that make up today’s workforce.

As part of Olive’s journey to become a Master TetraMap Facilitator, she decided to focus on multi-generational working as her project. Among the questions that Olive has explored is this: how can TetraMap help us to lead, empower and engage these different preferences and perspectives?
